BRAND AWARDS AT
HOTEL CHAIN’S ANNUAL CONVENTION AND GLOBAL CONFERENCE
ESTES PARK, October 29, 2012 -- The BEST WESTERN PLUS
SILVER SADDLE in Estes Park was recognized with both the M.K. Guertin Award and
the Champion Customer Care Award at Best Western International’s 2012 Convention
and Global Conference held recently in Las Vegas, Nev. The awards were
presented in front of more than 2,000 industry peers.
The
prestigious M.K. Guertin Award is bestowed upon those Member properties that
have represented the vision of Best
Western’s founder and best demonstrated exceptional levels of service, quality,
value and commitment to the brand. The Customer
Care Champion Award honors Member properties that demonstrate and best
exemplify exceptional levels of service and care. The hotels must also meet
design standards and other membership requirements to qualify for each award.
The
BEST WESTERN PLUS SILVER SADDLE is one of only
28 hotels out of more than 2,400 properties in the U.S.
and Canada to receive both awards. Additionally, the BEST WESTERN PLUS SILVER
SADDLE received the Chairman’s Award for a perfect 1000 point score on the most
recent Best Western quality assurance inspection in October 2012.
