HOTEL CHAIN'S HIGHEST AWARD FOR QUALITY
Estes Park, Colorado - September 1, 2003 -- The Best Western Silver Saddle in Estes Park has received
its second consecutive Best Western Chairman's Award, the hotel chain's highest honor for outstanding quality standards. The Chairman's Award recognizes Best Western International hotels with a perfect cleanliness and maintenance inspection score of 1,000 points out of a possible 1,000. Hotels must also meet Best Western's requirements for design and high customer service scores to qualify for the award.

Located at 1260 Big Thompson Avenue, the Best Western Silver Saddle has been affiliated with Best Western since May 2001. The property has been owned by Wallace and Laurine Burke since 1964. The Burkes, along with their daughter, Jolene Svancara, are actively involved in the management of the Best Western Silver Saddle.
